This thing is bigger than it looks. The best part is that it has walls that support it and keep everything on top from sitting down on your golf shoes... If you dont need to bottom part you can collapse the walls and shrink it down as well. Really awesome. It fits all of the things it shows in the pictures and then some. I would definately tell anyone to get this organizer.

I absolutely love this little travel case. I am on the road a lot. I am use to packing m clubs which is not problem, but the other stuff, shoes, extras shirts, socks, balls, tees, water bottles and good luck pieces always seemed to be scattered all over the place. This bag has cured that problem. It is sturdy, well built and very attractive. It can take a beating, which for me is quit important. I am a naturally scattered person and lead a much disorganized life. This little thing has helped in one aspect at least. Size does matter and this one is perfect. The mesh ventilation front helps as my shoes, and lets face it, socks and clothing certainly are more pleasant to remove now after several days in the car after I get home. I have even given two of these as gifts to friends.

This trunk organizer is so much more useful than just for golf equipment! In fact, I purchased two of these organizers; one for my vehicle and one for my husband's truck. We use these to store emergency equipment, a change of clothing and for a few personal items in case we are stuck somewhere and can't get home. I plan to purchase 2 more truck organizers for emergency equipment for our house. Samsonite, you have a triple winner here!

I bought this for my brother for Christmas. Before I bought it I read the reviews that were already posted, so I warned him that the shoe compartment was too little for actual shoes. Of course he had to try it and he said his regular golf shoes fit fine. He was really proud of it. I think he will get lots of good use from it. S. McAlpine

I wear size 15 shoes, and there is enough room in the shoe area for 2 pairs (both in width and depth). Also plenty of space for a rain suit, 2 dozen balls, tees, etc. I was looking for something where I didn't have to carry extra items in my golf bag, and this thing fits the bill (to a tee!).

I got this for my husband for Father's Day because his golf stuff stayed all over the back of his car. After opening, he organized all his stuff and was very pleased. It is also great, because if we need to use his car, his golf stuff is easily taken out of his car and transferred elsewhere while his car is being used.

I bought this for my dad. He always keeps his golf stuff in the truck of his car.If I needed to use the car for anything he would say well you can't use the trunk it is full of golf stuff. So when I saw this I said, oh yeah. When I gave it to him he thought it was a new toy, He loved it. He put everything from the trunk in this bag. A few days ago he told me that he was going to take his grandsons fishing and needed the trunk and all he had to do was lift out the case. This is a great deal. The bag is very spacious and has a place for everything. Thank you!

I am very happy with this purchase, with one small complaint. The bottom compartment of the case has 3 stiff dividers where you store your golf shoes. The only problem is that they don't stay in place on the sides, which makes it difficult to remove my golf shoes because the case has sort of collapsed on my shoes. Other than that, I love it. I'm always prepeared for my round, and never leave anything I need at the house, because it's all in my new Samsonite trunk organizer!

This well made storage case is a little larger than it looks in the photo's when it is in the trunk of my large DTS Cadillac with both mine and my wife's clubs, but it is a great organizer for a golfing couple to share. We store all or extra accessories in the top, as well as bottled water, and in the bottom, both out golf shoes. The only thing we had to do was to cut a stronger spacer for the shoe compartment out of plywood, so the weight in the upper compartment did not crush on our shoes in the lower compartment. Well worth the cost, even if it was just to organize in your mud room, but we use our truck as our golf locker for our club, shoes and spare accessories.

I purchased this item not so much for golf, which it would work spectacular for, but for football officiating. This item is perfectly suited as an organizer for a football official, especially with the shoe compartment (which I also use to hold my cap keeper full of hats). Flags, bags and other accessories fit great in the lid organizer and the main compartment is large enough to carry both warm and cold weather gear. If you're looking for a versatile and spacious yet compact suitcase, look no further - this is it.

Samsonite's Golf Trunk Organizer is a good value. This a great place to store a change of clothes, caps, balls, shoes, etc. I was carrying around way too much stuff in my golf bag, and now all this extra stuff is conveniently stored in my trunk organizer. My only recommendation for improvement is the design of the divider in the lower storage compartment, which both supports the upper compartment and provides a divider for the lower compartment. This should be a thicker and more rigid design. As long as you don't put too much weight in the upper compartment, it works okay.

The Samsonite Golf Trunk Organizer works great for me. I purchased 2 of them. Each season I am involved in 2 sports. I pull my golf organizer out, and replace it with my basketball organizer. Before I purchased the organizer, my trunk was always full. I could never find anything when I needed it.

Overall a good bag, with lots of storage to collect all of the golf items rolling around in your trunk. The only problem is the shoe compartement at the bottom is not very sturdy and tends to collapse. I fixed this by taking 4-5 golf ball sleeves, putting in shag balls and standing them on end in the smaller shoe compartment (use the rest of that compartment to store balls rather than shoes). Can only fit 2 pair of shoes now, but fixed the collapsing.

The side and middle support structures are not strong enough to support the weight of the items placed in the top of the case without collapsing. As recommended from prior review, I cut 3 small pieces of plyboard and attached with velcro to existing structures as added support. Now, case works fine. Very handy item.

This seems to work pretty well. The only problem is that the lower compartment collapses from the weight of items in the top. There are rigid stays in the bottom but they come off the velcro that holds them in place. If you have shoes in bottom they seem to remain in place. Overall I am quite pleased with this. It is much better than the duffel bag I was using.

I found this organizer on Amazon for $40 dollars less than the local golf shop. It is a bit smaller but it works great and it fits nicely in the back of my sport utility vehicle. Great product for the price!

Picked this up as it looked like it would serve well as a trip bag for my 7-year old son to hold his DSi, extra games, accessories, as well as a portable DVD player, movies, snacks, etc., plus stuff some extra shoes and light jacket in the bottom area. I was quite pleased that it worked out very well for exactly that.

The modular uppper ares worked great to segregate and protect the electronics, provided good storage for snacks, as well as the mesh pockets for little extra 'things and stuff'. The exapandable bottom area served well to stuff in some extra shoes and a few jackets. That said, it would have been better if it had some flip up or insertable hard sides to provide some rigidity, as does the top compartment. Without that, it just kind or squished about into whatever shape the 'stuffing' in the bottom compartment made it into.

I recently purchased this for a golf trip with some buddies and it has really been great. Considering its Samsonite I was impressed with the price (although I still paid a little more than here). I was actually able to carry this onto the plane stuff to the gills, although it may be slightly too big if you dont want to take chances. But for anyone that likes to golf and travels a bit this is a must have.

I know I'm going to like this quality bag. I just got it today and loaded it up with my golf stuff. I'd give it five stars if it had a shoulder strap...but maybe I can reg up a strap from an old briefcase.
The shoe compartment is plenty large for two pair of shoes. The person that rated it low for that reason is not thinking. Shoes will fit on their soles pretty well...yes, a little tight, but if you slide them in on their sides...like in a shoe box, they fit even better.
This is a quality Samsonite product. get it for $30 and it's a good price.

This is a fantastic trunk organizer for your golf equipment. It features plenty of pockets and compartments for two pairs of shoes and other gear. It achieves exactly what it looks like in the picture. The only downside is that the build quality is not as high as I would expect from Samsonite. The entire case can collapse to just about an inch tall. All of the walls inside are collapsable and appear to be a stiff cardboard or covered plastic of some sort. While I appreciate the collapsibility, the overall stability and solid feel is sort of lacking on the back. The fabric also feels a little thin for a Samsonite product

Everything about the bag is wonderful. However, the shoe compartment in the bottom is collapsing all the time. I am going to try and find some sturdy plastics to support the structure. I would think they would have discovered this flaw during testing :(

3/2/10 - I placed cardboards[from shipping box] around the shoe compartment and duck taped them. Now, the shoe compartment is no longer collapsing.

I saw this product and purchased it right then. I am disappointed because the shoe compartment is basically useless. I've tried any and every way to make it work short of putting some wood in there and it's just a lost cause. The idea is great, I still use it, just collapsed the bottom and use my shoe bag I won. My trunk is much more organized than it was and it's help lighten up my back by being able to keep all my extra gear in the trunk and only take what I need.

This product was a good idea at the time. But, as my husband pointed out, whatever you would put in this organizer is usually already in a golf bag, except for shirts.

If you're a golfer that travels by car with clubs, this would be a good addition. However, having an added "storage unit" just takes up space in the car and has no real purpose.

I bought it for my husband. He hasn't used it yet and we've been out golfing 2-3 times a week since June. For us, it was a waste of money.
