I recieved them quicker than I expected. I have hand me down clubs I purchased from a garage sale. They were nice for beginner clubs. My avid golf partner said get something with new technology. I didn't want to spend too much but I wanted something decent. I read the reviews and went with this set. Once on the course I noticed a huge differnce in my game! The 3 and 5 woods ( my average distance 225+ )are great with flex in the shaft. 3/4 hybrid ( my average distance 185+ )which I wasn't expecting is great, something new for me and adds a new dimention to my game. Pitcher is awesome great loft and now I'm pitching better some older guy at the course. I still need to get the hang of my irons ( 56789), controlling my distance, but for the price I think I paid 100+, don't remember but it changed my game for better allot better. Now it does not have a fancy bag,but it's basic, but your really not buying the bag. But the clubs have the new technology and are light in weight. You will see a change in your game. I just ordered 2 sets of these clubs after reading the reviews, and one of the reviews stated that the bag does not contain a driver, so I went to the web site for the sporting goods company, and purchased a really expensive driver ($300 list price) for only $9.00. I was able to link the purchase through Amazon, since they are a partner. Ram Golf- FX 400cc Titanium 10° Driver. From the reviews, I see that it is best to purchase the driver as well.

Just tried these clubs out today. The 5w and the 3/4 are by far my favorite in the set. Great clubs, and the bag is quite nice too. The bag comes with a few pockets on each side, an open side pocket(great for tee's) and a pocket for golf balls right at the side that works great. The stand the bag comes with works pretty well also. The Putter i found was pretty accurate also, with the white marking to show the sweet spot on the putter. The Grips on the clubs were a lil rough, but it was the first time using, i think they will get a little softer as i play. Overall great set of clubs.

I ordered these clubs on Saturday and got them on Tuesday. For the price I wasn't expecting much in the way of style but when I got the club set boy was I impressed. The bag is super nice as well as the clubs. I took the clubs to the range yesterday and they feel great.
It's not a complete set of clubs for a seasoned Golfer but as a beginner I have everything I need.
I'm looking forward to playing a round of golf this weekend.

Played a round of nine holes and I couldn't be happier with these clubs. I highly recommend these clubs to men that are picking up the game of Golf for the first time in your life. It's not a complete set of 14 clubs but as a beginner you don't need all 14 clubs. If you talk to any experienced Golfer they will tell you, you only need a limited set of clubs to start playing.

I am not an avid golfer so will not be able to find out any subtle differences between different golf sets. I find that this product is much cheaper than all of the other ones available and at least I couldn't find any differences in handling of this one versus other more expensive clubs that I have used in the past.

Got this as a gift for my brother who is just learning golf. He loves the set, and friends who are teaching him say it's good too. The driver head popped off his first day out (he says many people around him on the driving range laughed and said that had happened to them too), but the company was very good about replacing it promptly.

Keep in mind you're buying a cheap set of clubs. There's no driver, the 3W is graphite, and every other club is steel. They all swing great, and are well worth the price without the bag. The bag is great though, and it could easily run more than $30 itself.

I had the clubs stolen from my front porch when UPS dropped them off, and Golf Outlets of America was great about getting me another set. I would have no reservations about doing business with them again.

This set was a delight to use (have hit the driving range several times and 18 holes once since buying them). The clubs are well crafted and well balanced, grips comfortable and faces well marked. The bag itself is probably worth $100! Tons of pockets for storage and the stand mechanism works sturdily. I have not encountered the problem with club heads flying off -- will update the review if this occurs. Very stylish, practical and completely affordable. A bargain.

Okay, so i'm a very beginner and needed a golf clubs set and started looking and ordered these by just looking at the reviews which i really believed would give me a big reason for buying it and not spend at least 200 bucks for a set(saw one in golfsmith store). Got my set yesterday and went for a 18 hole game today and i was simply amazed by how much these clubs are efficient when it comes to hitting. I should mention here that by just looking at the clubs closely you will easily see the finishing on the club is not great but hey you just cant complain how well they play. Clubs missing from the set are a Driver and a Sand wedge (at least for me). It was my first ever Golf game and i was very pleased with my effort. None of my buddies believed it was my first game but i said to myself what a great compliment that is that they are really suspecting :-). I hope i get to play more of this game. Love it!
All beginners out there just buy this set without a second thought. The icing on the cake is the Free Shipping it comes with, amazing!
I believe this is my first review of my numerous purchases on Amazon but i couldn't stop myself writing a review for this one. Go get it!

I purchased the Inferno Men's Golf Club Set with Stand Bag, and am pleased with my purchase. While I am by no means an avid golfer, the price for a set of clubs with the bag is great for those casual players or those on a budget. The clubs are well made and comfortable to use for an entire 18 holes. I read a couple of reviews where people were unhappy at the bag color when it arrived (I guess it's random), but my bag was black with silver trim, so I have nothing to complain about there. My only complaint about the bag is that the strap is a backpack style, rather then a single strap style, though I understand that's becoming the norm, and certainly not a reflection on the product offered by this company. The clubs shipped on time, and did arrive as expected, though the shipping cost was a bit expensive. The low expense of the clubs helps to make up for the shipping, though.

Good product, I will recommend this seller.

Being a first time golfer, I wanted something that was inexpensive till I learned the game and was sure that I want to keep on golfing.
But when I received this set I was very happy to see that it not only looked good but also felt sturdy and not cheap in my hands.
Trying it out on the golf course, I was reassured what a wonderful value I have in my hands. Seeing this, my two other friends have also ordered the same sets themselves.
I would recommend this to any first time buyer till you get the feel of the game and then later move on to more expensive models.

After 4 years not so much as picking up a golf club, I decided to get back into the game and needed a new set. I am a casual golfer and will probably play 1-2 times per month. I took this set out this weekend and was very pleased with the quality of the clubs and the bag, given the price. If you are just starting out in golf or getting back into the game, this a great set of clubs and bag for the right price!

I read some of the other reviews where people complained that the 3W broke at the range - we'll it happened to me. I broke both the 3W and 5W - the heads flew off into the range! I'm not a hack either - I hit about the same as the average joe.

Also: there is no driver in this set, it's a 3W and it's a Ladies club too! It reads 'Ladies Flex' right along the side.

The irons are rock-solid though and putter feels very responsive too. All in all this is a pretty good purchase considering how much you're paying.

I have used my clubs about 8 time. They work great, no problems. You get a 9,8,7,6,5 iorns, Pitching wedge, Putter, a 5 and 3 wood, and a Hybrid 3/4. The bag has a stand and a backpack strap. The 3 wood has a graphite shaft, all the others are metal. I bought a used set a year before I got this one. So I added my 3,4 iron and my sand wedge.

I bought these as my first set of clubs, and i have been out with them 6 times now. I think these are pretty good, i used my buddies set that were way more expensive than these, and they felt pretty much the same. The only thing i would add is a driver, other than that, the bad is solid and well made, the clubs are holding up very well in my inexperienced hands and golf is actually way more fun than i thought it would be. I would totally buy these again

I feel sure there are much better clubs out there, but for the price this is a great place to start. I'm new to golfing and am just happy to have a complete set. I think if I actually start to get any better at it I may look for better drivers and a better putter later on down the road, but the irons are fine. I've only been to the driving range a handful of times, but these clubs have worked great for me.

So far the set is not bad. My only complaint is that it does not come with a driver or a sand wedge. The weather where I live has not been decent enough for me to take it out and give it a thorough review. They do look very nice and I can't wait to get them out on the range. The set arrived on time and in pristine condition.

The overall experience of the set is awesome. This is real value for your money. The irons are as good as any other. The woods played great at the start, but this one time, the head of the 3-wood flew farther than the ball. Other than the head flying off the woods, the rest are great, and have been fun to play with. I fixed the head with superglue, and they haven't come off since.

Brought these clubs for my husband in 2007...well his first or second outing to the driving range one of the heads flew off!!! The company immediately sent him a new one although it was not the same brand as the one I brought but they did respond very quickly. I did not want to spend a lot on some clubs for my husband since he had never played so I did not know if he would like the game. Okay clubs for beginners.

This is my first set. The price is great for beginners. I have used them for only a few rounds, and have really enjoyed them. Last round, 12 hole - my driver over flexed and the head snapped and flew off as a rounded my swing.
Set has a 1 year warranty - so replacement should not be an issue. I look forward to getting back out with them.

This is a o.k. set for a beginner. The quality is what is to be expected for a cheap set. Knowing this, you should not expect a high quality product. The three wood broke the first time I used it. The head broke of and when further than the ball. I e-mailed Golf-outlet with the details and pictures. They sent back and said they would replace ASAP. The new one should be here tomorrow(I hope). The 9 iron head is loose, so I put alittle glue on it. It is now perfect. The bag is really nice, the way it stands up. If you are a beginner, go with this set. Just get a driver to go with it.

I purchased these clubs as a beginner set for my step-son. He has never played golf at all and had a desire to learn. This has been a perfect first set of clubs and he has already started to enjoy playing. He had been given a golf bag for Christmas, so I kept the light weight bag that came with this set. It is perfect for those days when you want to walk instead of taking a cart. This set will get you started in the game right.

I've played quite a few times with this set of clubs and I have to say, not bad. Not a bad set of clubs at all. The irons are fairly forgiving and the shafts are just as rigid as you'd expect of them. The bag works great. It's small compared to some of the bulkier bags but has more than enough pockets. The book-bag style strap takes a little time to get adjusted to.

The largest problem I've had with this set is by far the woods. If you really need the fairway woods do not buy this set. They are glued on and both the 3 and 5 wood heads have completely come off the shaft. The 3 happened while I was at the driving range (slightly embarrassing). The 5 I pulled off with my bare hand. The irons and the hybrid are pretty solid. Just do not use the woods.

I bought this set for my 16 year old son for Christmas. We live in Utah and last night was the first time he got them out to go and hit a bucket of balls. After about 15 minutes the club head of the biggest club flew off and went almost as far as the ball did. Guess they should have used better glue! I figured for the price that the set wasn't going to be all that good, but I thought it would last longer than 15 minutes. Very disappointed and will not buy from Golf Outlet of America again.

I purchased this product. It was defective with only a two time use. I have since returned the golf clubs to the seller and I have not heard from them since, about replacement of credit. I purchased a different set of golf clubs from them and they were diffective also with a two time use. I would say at this point to stay away from ordering anything from this company. The quality of thier products really suck.

The graphite shaft wood broke within 10 swings at the driving range. Pretty embarrassing when the club head flies almost as far as the ball you just hit. The other clubs seem to be holding up a little better, but time will tell. I don't feel as though they will hold up very long however. I didn't expect much from these clubs based on price, but I did expect to make it through at least one round before they broke. Hopefully I won't get hassled about a replacement or repair.
